Complaints and objections

Pursuant to Art. 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection, Hintech allows all Customers to send their complaints by mail to the address of the Hintech trade, or by electronic mail, i.e. email. Obrt Hintech will inform the Customer about the complaint received. Hintech will respond to all remarks and complaints no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In order for Hintech to confirm receipt of a written complaint in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, and then respond to it. The customer should provide correct information to receive a response/complaint.
